Sponsor swim due to take place w/c 20th Feb - can CoNASC swim to Olympic pool in London ?

You should have received sponsor form from your coach by now.  Please try to get as many sponsors as possible for this fun event.  We will have a mileometer to keep everyone updated on the distance achieved during that week in Feb.

Any parents swimming that week can also join in the TOTAL too !!!

New rules re age group categories: Swimmers who are aged 9 - 12 on or before 24th JUNE 2012 are eligibile to swim in the Northumberland and Durham district rounds/ final. This is the date of the N&D area final. Therefore some swimmers may be competing in the same age group as 2011. ALL swimmers who meet this criteria are allowed to swim, providing they are members of CONASC/if selected to swim.

No other news to report as yet. I am meeting with coaches in the next few weeks to plan the season ahead. I will update all swimmers and parents when I get more information.

PLEASE CHECK THE FIXTURES ON OUR WEBSITE. I would appreciate it if swimmers who are NOT available to swim on the date of the first round let me know asap.

There will be no training on Wednesday evenings.
